Features include:
- Ability to log vital signs including blood sugar, insulin, and lab values that can be accessed by the healthcare team.
- Calendar that provides reminders from the clinic of upcoming appointments, lab tests, optometrist visits, etc.
- Clinic finder that allows you to find nearby diabetes clinics and blood work labs across Ontario, including directions, hours of operation, available services, contact information, etc.
- History and logbook view of past blood sugars, insulin, and other vital signs.
- Access to support features including secure messaging and clinical photo sharing with your healthcare team, and educational content.
